Tide Industrial – Return & Warranty Policy

At Tide Industrial, we stand behind the quality of our conveyor belts and industrial products. Each belt is made to order — cut to length, fabricated, or laced specifically for your application. Because of this, most products are custom and non-returnable. However, we always work with our customers to ensure you receive a product that performs as expected.


Defective or Warranty-Related Issues

If you believe your product has a defect in material or workmanship:

  • Contact us within 10 business days of receiving the order.
  • We will review the issue promptly and, if confirmed, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost.
  • Photos or measurements may be requested to help our team evaluate the issue quickly.


We are committed to making sure every belt performs as intended.


Ordering Errors (Size / Style / Configuration)

We understand that conveyor belt measurements can be tricky. If you made a mistake when ordering:

  • Contact us and we will work with you on a solution, including re-fabrication, resizing, re-lacing, or providing replacement parts at the best possible price.
  • Because these products are custom manufactured, we typically cannot accept returns for sizing or style errors.
  • Whenever possible, we will help modify or rework the belt to reduce replacement cost.


If you’re unsure about size, style, or suitability for your equipment, please contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help confirm specifications.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned once produced:

  • Custom-cut conveyor belts
  • Belts with installed lacing or cleats
  • Fabricated belts
  • Any belt cut to customer-provided measurements
  • Special-order or non-stock materials


Shipping Damage

If a product arrives damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours.
  • Keep packaging and product intact for carrier inspection
  • Take photos of damage
  • We will arrange replacement or file a claim on your behalf
