Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.300″ Thk, MOR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Attributes: Heavy duty, abrasion resistant top cover and bare bottom cover. Can be used on a slider bed and has moderate oil resistance.
Applications: Bare MOR can be used in applications requiring a heavy duty belt on a slider bed. Popular belt for recycling plant applications and the glass industry.
P/N 5-7531 - Cleated Incline Recycling Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.570″ OAG Thk (Recessed 0.325″) Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -25F to 250F.
Attributes: Reinforced SBR Belt with raised chevron style profile for incline conveying. Staggered pattern 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles. Also available in 3 ply and higher oil resistant grades.
Applications: Medium and heavy duty cleated incline. Popular incline belt for bulk conveying gravel, crushed stone, waste, recycling and other heavy duty product and aggregate.
P/N 4-4700 - Urethane Recycling Plant Conveyor Belts
Specs: 1 Ply, Red, 0.187″ Thk, Urethane Compound Belt, Interwoven Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 120 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 0F to 185F.
Attributes: Tough, abrasive, red urethane belt. Interwoven polyester reinforcement with friction surface bottom. Urethane top resists cutting and abrasion from metal, glass and abrasives.
Applications: One of our toughest and most abrasion and cut resistant belts useful for metal, glass, aluminum and other abrasive materials. Good fir metal stamping, recycling, die cutting and other tough applications.
