Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.570″ OAG Thk (Recessed 0.325″) Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -25F to 250F.

Attributes: Staggered pattern 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles.  Reinforced SBR popular for heavy duty incline.

Applications:  Medium and heavy duty cleated incline, bulk conveying, gravel, crushed stone and other aggregate.

Specs: 2 Ply, Black, OAG 0.475″ Thk (Recessed 0.225″), MOR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.

Attributes: 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles staggered across belt. Reinforced belt for heavy duty incline with moderate oil resistance.

Applications: Bare cleated incline belt used in bulk conveying where oil is a concern. Popular in recycling industry, on Diamond Z grinders and for general incline belting.

Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.450″ +/- .020 Thk, PVC Compound Belt, Interwoven Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 20F to 180F.

Attributes: Belt features a 1/4″ high interconnected Z Profile, Heavy duty 2 ply interwoven belt. Thickness without the profile is .220.

Applications:  Used in heavy duty applications benefiting from a profile to move product. Excellent for recycling applications, wood chips and agricultural uses.

Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.290″ +/- .030 Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 150 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -25F to 250F.

Attributes: Features 3/16″ high by 1-3/4″ wide mini bucket profile in a staggered pattern. Cleats are spaced on 2″ centers across the belt and 1″ centers down. Bottom surface is bare.

Applications: Popular for carrying gravel, dirt, sand and other aggregate. Also used in the recycling industry and as a general purpose cleated belt.
