Endless splicing involves precisely trimming and bonding the belt ends together using heat and pressure, creating a seamless and robust connection. This method ensures smooth and precise motion in timing applications and maintains the integrity of transmission conveyor belts under heavy-duty conditions. Endless splicing offers several advantages, including superior strength, minimal vibration, and reduced maintenance requirements compared to mechanical fasteners or lacing methods. Other lacing options including mechanical fasteners, clipper lacing, and alligator lacing are available for specific applications.
