Firewood Conveyor Belt, Wood Chip and Lumber Belts

Most belts offer an abrasion resistant strong top over and a bare bottom cover suited for a slider bed. Chevron and other cleat styles are available for incline conveying applications. Attributes: SBR Belt with high strength, high abrasion, low stretch, mildew resistance. Great heavy duty belt for many wood conveyor belt applications. Available as 3 PLY firewood belt also.
Applications: Heavy duty firewood, split wood, lumber conveyor belt. Also popular as a Quarry, Sand and Gravel belt for conveying sand, gravel, rock, ore, limestone and other aggregates.
P/N 5-1502 Wood Chip Conveyor Belt
Specs: 2 PLY, Black, 0.220″ Thk, MOR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 150 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Attributes: Medium duty, moderate oil resistant slider bed belt. This belt has an abrasion resistant top cover and a bare bottom cover.
Applications: Medium duty slider bed belt. Can be used as a wood chip conveyer belt for processing wood chips or for glass industry applications, as a recycling belt or for paper and scrap.
P/N 5-3802 Heavy Duty Wood Conveyor Belt
Specs: 3 PLY, Black, .580″ Thk, MOR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 600 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Attributes: This belt features a heavy duty top cover that is abrasion resistant top and a bare bottom cover. Used on a slider bed and has moderately oil resistance.
Applications: Useful for many application that need a heavy duty belt on a slider bed. A strong carcass makes it popular in the wood industry.
