P/N 6-3050 - Screen Printing Belts
Specs: 1 Ply, Tan, 0.040″ Thk, Teflon/Fiberglass Compound Belt, Fiberglass Reinforcement, Work Tension 370 lbs / in, Rec Temp Range -200F to 550F.
Attributes: Teflon/fiberglass is excellent for high heat resistance conveying. Product is non-adhesive. Typically alligator laced with sewn and sealed edges.
Applications: This belting is commonly used in Screen Printing, Food Processing, Packaging, Bag Manufacture and other high heat applications.
P/N 6-5000 - Hi Heat Silicone Belting
Specs: 1 Ply, Orange, 0.020″ Thk, Silicone Compound Belt, Fiberglass Reinforcement, Work Tension 50 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range Up to 500F.
Attributes: Features a fiberglass carcass impregnated with silicone. Hi heat belt able to withstand up to 500F in many applications.
Applications: Red Silicone belting popular for shrink wrap tunnels, drying lines, ovens, screen printing and other application with extreme heat.
