1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tide Industrial. Submission of an order, purchase order, email confirmation, or payment does not constitute acceptance until reviewed and approved by us.

We reserve the right to:
• refuse or cancel any order
• limit quantities
• correct pricing errors
• request additional information prior to shipment

Quoted pricing is valid only for the time period specified in the quotation.

2. Quotes & Custom Fabrication

Many Tide Industrial products are fabricated, cut-to-length, modified, or manufactured to customer specifications.

Custom, modified, or special-order products are:
• non-cancelable once production begins
• non-returnable unless defective

Customers are responsible for confirming all dimensions, specifications, material selections, and compatibility prior to ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• ACH / electronic payment
• PayPal
• Company check (U.S. customers)
• Approved Net-30 open account customers

Orders may require prepayment prior to shipment.
Customers approved for credit terms agree to pay invoices according to agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur service charges and/or collection costs.

We reserve the right to suspend shipments or revoke credit privileges on overdue accounts.

4. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, duties, or import fees unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tide Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, supply chain disruptions, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment from our facility or supplier.

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier immediately.

6. Returns

Returns are subject to our Return Policy located at:

Return authorization may be required prior to returning goods.
Custom, fabricated, modified, or special-order products are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

7. Warranty & Product Use

Products sold by Tide Industrial are industrial components and must be installed and used by qualified personnel.

Except where otherwise stated, products are sold “AS IS”. Manufacturer warranties, if any, pass through to the customer. Tide Industrial does not guarantee suitability for any particular application.

The customer assumes responsibility for:
• proper installation
• maintenance
• safe operation
• compliance with OSHA and safety standards

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tide Industrial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• lost production
• lost profits
• downtime
• equipment damage
• personal injury claims arising from misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.

9. Order Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing order confirmations. Errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for incorrect products resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including text, graphics, images, drawings, and product data is the property of Tide Industrial and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Connecticut.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
