P/N 2-1121 - General Purpose PVC Belt
Specs: 1 Ply, Black, 0.135″ +/- .015 Thk, PVC Compound Belt, Interwoven Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 120 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 0F to 180F.
Attributes: Popular general purpose belt with interwoven carcass and smooth PVC top cover. Bottom cover is brushed clean to lower the coefficient of friction. High strength, low stretch belt.
Applications: Medium duty general purpose conveyor belt that can be used for parts, in packaging, agriculture, paper, recycling and most industries. Made in the USA.
P/N 2-1151 - Package Conveyor Belts
Specs: 1 Ply, Black, 0.160″ Thk, PVC Compound Belt, Interwoven Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 150 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 0F to 180F.
Attributes: Medium duty, general purpose conveyor belt for package conveying and on many other belting systems. Interwoven carcass plus brushed clean bottom surface for lower coefficient of friction. High strength, tear resistance, low stretch.
Applications: Popular as a package conveyor belt and for many medium duty conveyors including recycling, fruits, vegetables and baggage and packaging conveyors.
P/N 4-4004 - Package Slider Belts
Specs: 4 Ply, Tan, 0.120″ Thk, NBR Compound Belt, Cotton/Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 50 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 0F to 250F.
Attributes: Conveyor belt with a hard abrasion resistant nylon top surface. Very low friction designed for conveying where packaging and product needs to stay or slide as the belt moves.
Applications: Slider Top belt can be used in many packaging, diverting and sliding operations where product must slide or collect on the belt while it is moving.
