Specs: 2 PLY, Black, .360” Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 250F.
Attributes: SBR Belt with high strength, high abrasion, low stretch, mildew resistance. Great heavy duty belt.
Applications: Heavy duty Quarry, Sand and Gravel belt. Often used as conveyor belting for sand, gravel, rock, ore, limestone and other aggregates.
P/N 5-3731 - HD Sand and Gravel Conveyor Belts
Specs: 3 PLY, Black, 0.410″ Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 330 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 250F.
Attributes: Heavy Duty SBR Belt with smooth top and bottom cover. Thick cover and high strength synthetic fiber reinforcement. Low stretch plus great abrasion, mildew and rot resistance.
Applications: Great for many high abrasion applications and as a heavy industrial belt. Popular for Sand , Gravel and Rock conveying.
P/N 5-7532 Cleated Incline Gravel Belt
Specs: 2 PLY, Black, OAG 0.570″ (Recessed 0.325″) Thk, MOR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Attributes: 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles available staggered across belt. Reinforced MOR belt for heavy duty incline with moderate oil resistance.
Applications: Heavy duty cleated incline belt for conveying gravel, crushed stone, bulk grain. Also used on road planners.
P/N 5-1531 - General Purpose Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.281″ Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 150 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 250F.
Attributes: 5-1531 has a heavy cover and smooth top and bottom surface. Long wearing, mildew and rot resistant, low stretch belt material.
Applications: Excellent for moderate abrasive applications. Popular in many industries including sand, gravel and lumber. Great material for many flaps, drapes, deflectors, and other wear parts.
