Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.570″ OAG Thk (Recessed 0.325″) Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -25F to 250F.
Features: Staggered pattern 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles. Reinforced SBR popular for heavy duty incline.
Uses: Medium and heavy duty cleated incline, bulk conveying, gravel, crushed stone and other aggregate.
P/N 5-7532 - Cleated Incline Gravel Belt - MOR
Specs: 2 PLY, Black, OAG 0.570″ (Recessed 0.325″) Thk, MOR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Features: 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles available staggered across belt. Reinforced MOR belt for heavy duty incline with moderate oil resistance.
Uses: Heavy duty cleated incline belt for conveying gravel, crushed stone, bulk grain. Also used on road planners.

Specs: 2 Ply, Black, OAG 0.475″ Thk (Recessed 0.225″), MOR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 200F.
Features: 1/4″ high x 6″ wide chevron profiles staggered across belt. Reinforced belt for heavy duty incline with moderate oil resistance.
Uses: Bare cleated incline belt used in bulk conveying where oil is a concern. Popular in recycling industry, on Diamond Z grinders and for general incline belting.
P/N 5-8731 Continuous Chevron Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.245″ Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Rec Temp Range -20 to 250F.
Features: 5-8731 features a continuous chevron profile good for conveying bulk material in incline applications. This construction allows for the belt to negotiate small pulleys.
Uses: Sliderbed Suitable, Troughable. Belt used in tubeveyor applications, railcar unloading, agriculture, package handling. Popular where there is free flowing material like grain, corn, or gravel.

P/N 5-8642 Mini Bucket Cleated Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.290″ +/- .030 Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 150 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -25F to 250F.
Features: Features 3/16″ high by 1-3/4″ wide mini bucket profile in a staggered pattern. Cleats are spaced on 2″ centers across the belt and 1″ centers down. Bottom surface is bare.
Uses: Popular for carrying gravel, dirt, sand and other aggregate. Also used in the recycling industry and as a general purpose cleated belt.
P/N 2-2191 - Tylertop Textured Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.125″ Thk, RAV Compound Belt, Polyester Reinforcement, Work Tension 100 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range 20F to 180F.
Features: 2-2191 features RAV compound and a low stretch and stable polyester carcass. RAV compound combines economical benefits of PVC with universal benefits of NBR. Top surface has tylerwire impression texture.
Uses: Tylertop belt can be used in many areas as a light duty general purpose belt. The tylerwire impression top surface is great for conveying products up a moderate incline. A thermoplastic belt good for all types of fabrication.
P/N 5-6111 Open Chevron Belt
Specs: 2 Ply, Black, 0.92″ (recessed 0.36″) Thk, SBR Compound Belt, Polyester/Nylon Reinforcement, Work Tension 220 lbs PIW, Rec Temp Range -20F to 250F.
Features: 5-6111 is a green cured chevron belt. This durable belt is available 26″, 28″, 31.5″, 36″, 42″ and 48″ wide.
Uses: Popular belt in screening applications and where a tough, durable chevron pattern is required. Troughable.
